Master moulds

The master moulds are cut out of the solid material, whereby plastic is the most commonly used material. Upon request, we also produce moulds made from aluminium or brass. The master moulds are designed as per customer requirements, and in accordance with the grouting process. We offer reasonably priced solutions for small series, as well as for master moulds with aluminium frames, mechanical hoisting device and continuous height adjustment for mass production. Sealing grooves have specially designed corner regions for progressive ratios, thereby guaranteeing 100% impermeability and user-friendly detailed solutions which are a matter of course for us.
